Payment Policy

For SPA PARTIES, there is a 20% deposit due to hold your date.  The remainder of the balance is due the day before your event.  We accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Check Cards.  S.P.A. does not accept checks, but our spa technicians may accept a cash gratuity (tip).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for spa parties must be made ASAP.  All deposits and payments are non-refundable, however your deposit(s) can be used for another S.P.A. event within 6 months from the cancellation date.

Travel
Travel is Complimentary.  If you are 15 miles from our Atlanta spa/office, charges may apply for EACH spa professional who is present.

Gratuities
If you are pleased with the services you have received, it is customary to give a 15% to 20% gratuity to your Spa Technician.

General Information
Please inform the spa coordinator of any pregnancies.
There must be atleast 3 of the same services per party

Any event that begins 30 minutes or more late or incurs a 30 minute or more break in between services (from the original appointment start time) will result in a charge of $25 for each spa professional present. This is calculated per 15 minutes late.  The primary spa guests credit card will be billed.

Please have your spa area (home/office/hotel/etc) clutter free to assist with creating your relaxing S.P.A. environment

DISCLAIMER: Damage (soiled, tear, etc) and/or loss (robe, belt) to any spa robe(s)  will result in a charge of $50 per garment; The charge will be billed to the primary spa guests credit card. 

General Information
All treatments are performed on a massage table. The Spa Technician's will arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment to set up. At that time please inform your technician of anything that was not mentioned at the time the reservation was made. Our spa technicians are equipped with a massage table, towels, linen, candles, music and water falls.  We need nothing from you but the open spa and running water.

2pm – 9pm  Sun (last appointment at 7:30pm)
